Frequently Asked Questions

How do I import a configuration?
Open the app and enter the configuration code in the input field. The app will automatically load the proxy server parameters.
Why can't I connect to the server?
If connection fails, open the server list and tap the refresh button to run an automatic latency test. If all servers time out, the app will show a diagnostic dialog with suggested actions.
How can I switch between different line regions?
The app will automatically detect and suggest the correct line region based on your network. You can also switch manually in the home screen.
Does the app collect my browsing data?
No. The app strictly enforces a no-logs policy. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I delete all my local data?
Open the app and navigate to Settings → Delete Account. This removes all locally stored configuration, credentials, and cache.
How do I update the app?
Updates are delivered through the App Store. Please ensure your device is running a supported iOS version (iOS 14 or later).
I'm experiencing slow speeds. What can I do?
Tap the latency test button on the server list to identify the fastest server. You can also try switching proxy modes (global vs rule-based) in the settings.
